By placing an order on Hestinny.com, you acknowledge that our footwear is made to order and crafted specifically for each customer. Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed, and we do not maintain pre-made inventory.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
You may request to modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation email.
After this 24-hour period:
Your order will enter production or shipping preparation
Order cancellations or modifications can no longer be accepted
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, once production has begun, we are unable to stop, cancel, or change the order.
